* During the short consultation you will be asked to complete the 'Client Contra-indication Consultation/Consent Form'. If you wish to, you can save some time by printing out and completing this form in advance of your appointment, and bringing it along with you. ** During the full consultation you will be asked to complete the 'Client Contraindication Consultation/Consent Form' and the 'Client Health and Lifestyle Consultation Form'. You may, if you wish, print out and complete the Contra-indication Form in advance of your appointment. However, I prefer to go through the Health and Lifestyle Form with you so that any health issues and concerns can be fully discussed prior to treatment. Saturday: 10.00 am - 5.00 pm
My hours of business are flexible and are dictated by the needs of both my
reflexology clients and guests staying at Cloudlands. I offer daytime, evening and

Cancellation policy / Missed appointments
Please note that 50% of the cost of the treatment will be charged if
appointments are cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment time, or
if you miss a booked appointment.

Late arrivals
To be fair to all my clients I aim to complete all my treatments on time. This
means that if you turn up late for your appointment I may not be able
to continue your treatment beyond your allocated time slot.
